Our guarantee

If an official office rejects your photo solely because it misses the selected size, background, or head-position specification, contact us within 30 days for reprocessing or a refund.

Requesting a refund

Email quickpassportpix@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What is not covered

• Source-photo issues such as glasses or an outdated appearance
• Change of mind after files are delivered
• Choosing the wrong document type; we will reprocess these at no charge

Print orders

Damaged or undelivered physical prints will be reprinted and shipped again, or the print portion will be refunded.
