How Quick Passport Pix collects, processes, and protects your photo and order information.

- Your email address for delivery
- Basic order metadata
- Payment details entered directly in Stripe; we never see or store your card number
How we use it
Your photo is used only to produce and deliver your passport image. We do not sell personal information or use your photo for advertising or model training.
Service providers
- Stripe processes payments
- OpenAI processes the uploaded photo
- Google delivers order email
Retention
Photos and generated images are kept only as long as needed to complete and support an order, then deleted routinely.
